If you love coffee, these tiramisu-inspired overnight oats are for you! They’re so quick to make and great for on-the-go.

INGREDIENTS
Overnight oats
1 shot espresso (or instant coffee)
1/2 cup oats
1/3 cup milk of choice
1/2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp almond extract (optional)
Creamy topping
1/3 cup Greek or coconut yoghurt
1/2 tbsp maple syrup
Cacao powder, to dust
INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl or jar, place all overnight oats ingredients and stir until combined. Then, make the topping by mixing yoghurt and maple syrup. Spoon on top of oat mixture. Place in fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours. Dust with cacao powder before serving. Serves 1.
